Where Can I Find a Family Council?
These Illinois nursing homes have active family councils. The CMS Nursing Home Compare website lists a few hundred more; unfortunately, that list is wrong.
If you know of a family council that is not on this list, please let us know. We would be delighted to add the name and contact information.
