Advocacy
What ICBC learns from working with residents and their families, informs the legislative and administrative advocacy we do on their behalf. This section discusses the nursing home reform efforts which led to significant reform laws in 2010 and 2011, and what we are doing to make sure those laws are actually implemented to help residents. We discuss efforts to undermine the reform laws. And we talk about what you can do to help make nursing home reform a reality.
